Vegetable Grilled Sandwich

Learn how to make this yummy and healthy vegetable grilled sandwich!


Slices of bread, 1 cup grated carrot, 1 cup chopped cabbage, chopped coriander leaves, 50g paneer(cottage cheese), 50g cheese(mozzarella), salt & pepper to taste

Do you love eating nachos? Is that the first thing you order at a restaurant?! Then why not enjoy these at home! Its very quick and easy and hardly takes any time.. just a few ingredients and its done!
Serve this with nachos sauce & mayonnaise..

Sesame toast

Its time to make sesame toast! Quick, easy and no deep fry required. Great for someone who is trying to get fit but also wants to eat yummy food. Its a perfect snack when you are hungry and have just few ingredients at home. It is also a great starter to serve to your guests. You can have this as it is (coz it is soo yummy) or with ketchup or mint chutney.

Sesame seeds for coating
3 bread slices
around 50g of boiled potato, 50g of carrot & 50g of peas
salt & pepper to taste
oil for brushing
cornflour & refined flour paste (mix 1-2tsp of cornflour + 1-2tsp of refined flour + water to make a thick paste)

1.You can add any veggies of your choice but make sure you mash them so that its easy to spread
2.You can add any seasonings of your choice depending on your taste
3.Here I’m using my philips airfryer to make this.. but you can also deep fry this!

Garlic Bread

A very quick and easy to cook recipe especially when you have sudden guests at home! It is great for serving as starters or with pizza or pasta! All it takes is simple and basic ingredients!
Serve hot with the choice of your sauce!


Garlic Powder
Butter at room temperature
Bread loaf (any)
Cheese – mix cheddar & mozzarella (optional)


-Take a bread loaf and cut into medium thick slices
-In a small bowl, put some butter & garlic powder and mix together
-Apply the mixture on the slices and sprinkle some cheese & place on the wire rack
-Preheat the oven to 180*c
-Bake for approx 10mins
-Serve hot!
